The website www.randomspacemedia.com (and all associated digital platforms, media accounts, mobile applications (together, the website), contents, products, materials and services (together, the services) are owned and operated by Random Space Media Pty Ltd ABN 15 617 013 288 (Random Space, company, we, us, our). The term you or the client refers to any user or browser of the website or purchasers of our services.

Purchases

By using our online store, you agree to our terms and conditions.

If you are making a purchase via our online store, you acknowledge you have read and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, whether for yourself or on behalf of a minor. By making a purchase you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old. If you are making a purchase, you warrant that any persons under the age of 18 shall be supervised by a parent or legal guardian, and that you are aware of any age restrictions relevant to your purchase.

You agree and acknowledge that all information you provide to us through the checkout process will be true, accurate, current and complete, including but not limited to your title, name, age, address, telephone number and email.

Purchase enquiries may be sent to Random Space via contact@randomspacemedia.com. Submitting a purchase enquiry does not secure your purchase.

You acknowledge and agree that the company will collect your personal information for the purpose of the online store and any additional services you may request. If we are unable to collect this and/or other personal information as requested, we will not be able to process your purchase, and may not be able to provide you with some or all of our services.

A purchase may be cancelled if, due to force majeure, terrorism, natural disasters, political instability or other external events, it is not viable for us to uphold the order. Where your order has been varied or cancelled, we will use our best endeavours to provide an alternative that is substantially the same or as similar as practical to the original booking, or voluntarily offer you a right to cancel or change a purchase via our online store. You acknowledge that such a necessity may arise from time to time, and any offers of compensation, refunds or claims in respect of any such variations or cancellations will be limited to those outlined in the terms and conditions of the agreement. Under these circumstances, we will not responsible for any incidental expenses that you may have incurred as a result of your purchase.

Payment Policy

Full payment is due at time of purchase.

Refund Policy

Items that arrive damaged or faulty are eligible for a full refund or replacement. All refund claims must be made within 30 days of the item being shipped from our warehouse. Claims can be made by emailing contact@randomspacemedia.com. Your order number and item details should be included in the email to allow us to process your claim at the earliest convenience.

Items that are purchased by mistake will only be eligible for a full refund or credit if the item is in original packaged condition (i.e. shrink wrap in tact). If you purchase an item that is not compatible with your machine, we reserve the right to refund or credit at our discretion.

Pricing Errors

Random Space reserves the right to cancel orders based upon incorrect information being displayed in relation to price, inclusions or service at any point in time.

Foreign Currency

Conversion into foreign currency is given as an indication and is not binding. Only the currency confirmed during your purchase is confirmed.

Disclaimers

As a condition of your use of this Website, you warrant to Random Space that you will not use this Website for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these terms, conditions, and notices. Although Random Space may from time to time monitor or review postings, and the like on this Website, management is under no obligation to do so and assumes no responsibility or liability arising from the content of any such locations nor for any error, defamation, libel, slander, omission, falsehood, obscenity, pornography, profanity, danger, or inaccuracy contained in any information within such locations on the Website. You are prohibited from posting or transmitting any unlawful, threatening, libelous, defamatory, obscene, scandalous, inflammatory, pornographic, or profane material or any material that could constitute or encourage conduct that would be considered a criminal offense, give rise to civil liability, or otherwise violate any law. Random Space will fully cooperate with any law enforcement authorities or court order requesting or directing Random Space to disclose the identity of anyone posting any such information or materials.

Limitation of Liability

Notwithstanding anything contained in these Terms and Conditions to the contrary, Random Space shall not be responsible for indirect damage, damage arising from consequential damage or special circumstances, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of profit, loss of use, loss of opportunity, arisen out of the performance or non performance of obligations under this Terms and Conditions.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

The products and/or services described in and available through the site may not be available in your country. We make no representation that the services or products offered in the site are appropriate or available for use in any particular location. The site is operated from Australia and it is governed by the laws of Australia.
