All orders will be shipped via regular mail with Australia Post (AU/NZ).
We also offer Express Post for an additional $14.95 (AU only).
If your item is in stock your order will be processed within 1 business day.
All orders shipped within Australia should be delivered within 1 to 7 business days for regular mail, and 1 to 3 business days for Express Post. For New Zealand customers, your order may take 7 to 10 business days to be delivered.
Please be aware that the presence of COVID-19 may cause significant delays in delivery.
You may exchange or receive a refund on your purchase by contacting us within 30 days of the item shipping. The item must be in original packaged condition to be eligible for a refund or exchange.
Please contact us with details of the item you wish to refund or exchange.
Note: Shipping charges will only be refunded in the case of a Random Space error. If you have changed your mind about your purchase, all return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Your order can be changed or cancelled at any time before your order is shipped. Simply log in to My Account and select the appropriate option.
Should your order arrive damaged or faulty, please contact us within 14 working days of your order being fulfilled and we will arrange an exchange or refund.
If any item in your order has a cracked jewel case (the clear DVD or CD case), contact us and we will ship you a replacement case at no extra charge.
