Domestic Shipping

All Australian orders will be shipped via Australia Post within 1 business day (Monday to Friday).

We offer a flat rate shipping price for all Australian orders.

Australia Post Regular Mail (Untracked) - $2.95
Australia Post Registered Mail (Tracked) - $6.95
Australia Post Express Mail - $12.95

All Australian orders will usually be delivered within 3-10 business days after shipping.

Express delivery times can vary depending on location, but are usually within 1-3 business days for most locations.

International Shipping (product exclusions apply)

New Zealand

All orders are shipped via Australia Post, which is an economy untracked shipping method.

Delivery times can vary from 10-14 business days depending on location.

 

North America (United States / Canada)

All orders are shipped via our third party fulfilment services located within the United States and Canada.

Items that are in stock at our fulfilment warehouse will be shipped within 1-2 business days.

If an item is not currently available at our fulfilment facility there will be an additional handling time of up to 10 business days.

Once your item has arrived at the facility it will be shipped to you and you will receive a shipping notification.

If you have not received a shipping notification within 14 business days, please contact us and we will assist you.

 

United Kingdom

All orders are shipped via our third party fulfilment services located within the United Kingdom.

Items that are in stock at our fulfilment warehouse will be shipped within 1-2 business days.

If an item is not currently available at our fulfilment facility there will be an additional handling time of up to 10 business days.

Once your item has arrived at the facility it will be shipped to you and you will receive a shipping notification.

If you have not received a shipping notification within 14 business days, please contact us and we will assist you.

 

Partial Shipping

If you have order multiple products in the same order, we will hold your order until all items are available to ship.

Returns

You may exchange or receive a refund on your purchase by contacting us within 30 days of the item shipping. The item must be in original packaged condition to be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Please contact us with details of the item you wish to refund or exchange.

Note: Shipping charges will only be refunded in the case of a Random Space error. If you have changed your mind about your purchase, all return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Your order can be changed or cancelled at any time before your order is shipped. Simply log in to My Account and select the appropriate option.

Should your order arrive damaged or faulty, please contact us within 14 working days of your order being fulfilled and we will arrange an exchange or refund.

If any item in your order has a cracked jewel case (the clear DVD or CD case), contact us and we will ship you a replacement case at no extra charge.
