Yes! Afterpay is now available in our store.
If an item is in stock your order will be processed within 1 business day. You will be able to sign up to be notified when an out of stock item is available again on the product page
You can check your order status by logging into Account and selecting the relevant order.
Your order can be changed or cancelled at any time before your order is shipped. Simply log in to Account and select the appropriate option.

Alternatively, contact us to arrange cancellation of your order.
Should your order arrive damaged or faulty, please contact us within 14 working days of your order being fulfilled and we will arrange an exchange or refund.

If any item in your order has a cracked jewel case (the clear DVD or CD case), contact us and we will ship you a replacement case at no extra charge.
If your order is lost during shipment please contact us and we will endeavour to ship a replacement as soon as possible (depending on product availability); however, in order to confirm that an order has been lost, we must wait until the maximum delivery time has expired before replacing your order. It's also vital to ensure that you have provided us with the correct shipping address.

Note: Replacement items will be shipped at the cost of Random Space, except orders where an incorrect shipping address or other information has been provided.
You can pre-order an item by clicking the ‘Pre-Order’ button on the product page. The item will be shipped within 1 business day of the release date.
You may exchange or receive a refund on your purchase by contacting us within 30 days of the item shipping. The item must be in original packaged condition to be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Please contact us with details of the item you wish to refund or exchange.

Note: Shipping charges will only be refunded in the case of a Random Space error. If you have changed your mind about your purchase, all return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.
In most cases the products sold by Random Space Media will be multi-region, and therefore playable in most machines around the world.

Please refer the product details on each product listing for the region code of the item.

If you are unsure if the item is compatible with your country, please feel free to contact us.
If the item you purchased is region compatible with your machine, it may be an issue with your machine or the disc.

As a first step, try cleaning the disc with a lint free cloth and try play the disc again. If it still isn’t working you may need to update the firmware of your player. Please refer to the instruction manual for your machine.

Please note: DVD players will not play Blu-ray discs.
Yes, absolutely. If the disc still doesn’t work - provided it is the correct region - you are more than welcome to return the item. Please contact us with your order number and item details.
Random Space Media is required to place a Customs Declaration on all goods shipped to customers outside Australia. The declaration will disclose the correct monetary value of the content.

For customers receiving goods outside Australia, import duties and/or taxes may be levied by the local country's authorities. These duties cannot reasonably be ascertained by Random Space when purchasing goods on our website. Therefore the recipient of the goods is responsible for paying these duties to the local country's authority.
All orders will be shipped via Australia Post (AU only) and DHL eCommerce.

Australian orders will be delivered within 1 to 7 business days. All international orders may be delivered within 10 to 21 business days.

Please be aware that the presence of COVID-19 may cause significant delays in delivery.
